How long does shipping take?
We ship free to addresses in the US. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and arrive in 5-10 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Can I return a kit item?
Yes. Kits follow our standard 30-day return policy, items must be unused and in original packaging with tags. Pillows, sleep masks, and other hygiene items inside a kit can only be returned unopened, unless they arrived defective or damaged.
Where's my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email once it ships (1-3 business days after purchase). If you can't find it, email support@homewelly.com with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
